BAD HR DEPT.

My doctor gave me samples of Pennsaid @3 mos ago. It seemed to help and was super easy to use. My dr sent a prescription to the company and told me if I liked it, I could order it or learn how to get it through my pharmacist, by calling the company. To make an exasperating story short, the company denied having my script (dr's office had same complaint from numerous patients). I did without but this week my dr said they were sure the script was at Horizon, maybe try again. I called today and after pushing buttons, talking to 2 different people, being asked all my info, I was told someone would call me back bc I still wasn't in the right office. I said, "Good grief, goodbye." The product was pretty good, though frankly I had too few samples to compare it. Easy to use. Never learned what it would cost to buy, and may or may not get a polite call to answer my questions. Considering Horizon Pharma paid good money for a rep to get to our smallish area, have to wonder what they're doing. Anyway, so far, bad p.r. and a waste of my time.
