My wife and I worked with Ralph Hornsby, Jr. and Toni Key. This talented team are thorough, deliberate, strategic, adaptive, and communicated well with us. An uninsured motorist suit against our insurer started as a 3-person PI case but changed to include a wrongful death claim, as one of the parties died 4-months after the accident from related injuries. Though it took 5 years to wade through the machinations of the legal process and those of the insurance company, we satisfactorily settled the PI claims. Another year was needed to settle the wrongful death claim. Per Ralph's recommendation both were settled out of court via mediation. Where do I even begin? This is hands down by far the best law firm that I have ever worked with! Attorney Barnes and Hornsby, Watson and Hornsby are very professional and they really and truly care about their clients. I had a couple of law firms representing me on my case and they did a very poor job! They had not even filed suit on my behalf and I didn't have but six months left before my statue of limitation was going to be up!
