Customer service was terrible. The receptionist was very rude With me and was not helpful at all. I never even saw my actual lawyer. I paid the $3000 for him to file the paperwork and represent me during a hearing. when it came time for him to file the paperwork,  he filed the wrong paperwork which left me without a home for about 4 weeks.  I have been calling him and leaving voicemails with his receptionist as well as going into the office. He never called me back or gave me an update. After about 4 weeks of getting treated like this and getting the run around. I went to the court and did the paperwork myself and was in my home That same day. When I asked for a refund I was told I could not receive it. I don't know if this had something to do with me being black, being part of the armed forces or If they treat all their customers this way. I returned to The lawyers office To receive my money back For the services that I had to do myself. My attorney called me Later that day After I told his secretary that I wanted my money back. The lawyer then tried to take credit and said that he did the paperwork. I told him to check with the court because I just finished with my The court perceedings and He said he would call me back. It has now been over 5 days and I still have yet to hear back from the lawyer.

We highly recommend this law firm. We worked with Chad Meredith for the closing of a house we were selling, and he was amazing. There ended up being a small twist at the last minute, and Chad helped us navigate the process from beginning to end. He was thorough and reassuring throughout the entire time period. Excellent!
