Worst person I have ever spoken to in my life... the few times I actually got to speak with him. He never returns calls and he lies. When I first tried to contact him he told me the property was charging me for damages to their walls and having to repaint. I explained to him that while living there for a year, the half-underground apartment flooded three times with mud!( It would seep through the windows whenever it rained heavily in Kansas City) It cause tons of damages to my property. Each time the property would send maintenance out to clean up and slap some paint over the walls. My apartment eventually developed MOLD! Maintenance again came in and made a mess of my apartment trying to clean up the mold and mud. I told Huelson that when I moved in the walls were already and ugly green and they could not charge me for repaint because I didn't paint them when I moved in! He said he understood and that he would try to contact them ( very nice at this time). I told him of my efforts when trying to reach Peak Capital Management and he even told me he could not ever reach them. Just to get this to all go away I offered to just settle by paying $50. He told me he would reach back out to me once he was able to communicate what I said to the property management team. I was NEVER contacted. I called him at least 5 times in 6 months left messages and never heard from him. When I called him most recently he was rude and standoffish. I explained what he had told me in our prior conversation and he said " I never said that I know how to get a hold of my clients", which is a complete LIE. Then he told me it'll just show up on my credit report which it has. They are trying to get money out of me when really I should be suing them and him!

Lloyd is a SCAM ARTIST... he will take your money and NEVER provide services! this "law firm" was caught altering dates on county paperwork! DO NOT TRUST THIS SLIME BALL

Horrible communicator. Have to call none stop to get an answer. Does not call back after leaving voicemails. He chooses to continue on with a case when he sees himself that balance is fully paid . Won’t even return my calls . Main Street renewal is also horrible company to rent from . I cannot wait to get away from them.

I have used Don over the years for evictions and collections. He has always been available directly via phone and email, which I do not know how he does it! He is always very responsive and informative. I highly recommend for Property Management Cases.

Lied and was enable to contact him and in contact with a real attorney now. Bad practices. Was not following the law. Even with the eviction process. So will be following up with a real lawyer. Not a good person. Tried to work with him but as i thought did not answer phone calls or emails. And now he wants his money. Well, now my attorney will be contacting him. Saved all phone records and emails.
