Scheduled an appointment for a phone consultation online and received a email confirmation. The time came for the appointment and nothing. There was no follow-up email with instructions for the virtual appointment or even a phone call. I called the office and it went straight to a answering machine. Left a message and days later still nothing. Complete silence.
