Was looking for a solid attorney to take my case pretty late in the proceedings after being improperly represented! I contacted numerous attorneys who would not take my case and told me it was too late . If you want a top-notch get-it-done lawyer, Phil is your guy. I watched this man first hand in a court room. For those saying he is impossible to get ahold of, or he wasn’t prepared for a hearing I truly find that hard to believe. He’s a busy guy with very little free time on his hands away from a court room.
