Mr. Hicks has a vast knowledge of military law and procedures. His expertise helped me receive a very equitable settlement in my divorce from a retired military member. I advised him was going to do a complaint and he stated that Judge Volyes would make sure my son go to prison if I did a complaint and Judge Volyes is trying to make sure he goes to prison. Do Not go to Randall Hicks he will only take your money. They all are friends and will make sure our young African American men go to prison whether they are innocent or not. Parents in Valdosta are about your kids and go over their paperwork and if you don’t understand reach out to someone to explain the laws to you if not, I promise they would make sure all of our kids go to prison. I would give a negative -100 if I could.
