Jack was to represent me in a case for wrongful termination, he seems to be very forgetful at what he tells you as a client. He is an aggressive individual towards you as the client I have had multiple arguments with him because he was mad I did not take settlement offers with osha (when he originally wanted me to go to federal court). He is all around a back an forth attorney and dosnt appear to be professional. If things don’t go “his” way he get very upset and aggressive towards you as the client. He is no longer my attorney because he withdrew his contract with me because I told him not to speak to me until he can speak to me ask an adult. It got to the point that I had to record our conversations that’s how aggressive the conversations were.
