2500.00 $ Retainer paid for DUI, JIM Ball left case and did no work on it. Jim Ball is a good used car salesman. Full payment was available as stated. New criminal charges have no bearing, Jim Ball further spreads false liable by indicating plaintiffs "other charges" which violates attorney client privilege. Don't hire Jim Ball or any of his partners! Nothing was made clear before he agreed to take the case, such as deciding my money was no longer good to him. I have heard he is in bed with a judge, take that as you will.
