The president of the Baltimore County police officers union has recently been accused of threatening a driver with a firearm outside his Parkville home. He has been charged with second-degree assault and reckless endangerment, both of which are misdemeanors.
The charges came after an altercation last week. A sedan driver was parked outside the Parkville Condominium Community. The police officer, who heads his neighborhood watch group, apparently believed that the driver was involved in shady activity and asked him what he was doing there. When the driver responded that he was waiting for a customer to return from his home with money to pay him for a ride, the officer reportedly began to curse at him and accuse him of being a drug dealer.

I visited The JC Law Group at 9701 Apollo Dr #297, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774. I was disappointed. I think they waste my time and my money. I am here asking them to refund my case amount and my traffic time, collecting documents back and forth all of that money. I hired attorney W. Timothy Sutton, Esquire. He set hourly fees as the document was $335 per hour. I told him about the case and what he must submit to the court. He didn't submit anything to the court. The defendant's attorney even mentioned in the statement they didn't provide any evidence. After that, their office sent me a statement mentioning that their time was too tight, that's why they couldn't do it. Here is a law firm, everyone here went to school and finished their education. No one is younger than 18. You took my money and said because of the time limit you couldn't make it. Are you a scam? Do you need me to teach you math within the time frame? If you can't do it then don't take the money, who cares? They are a scam!
You won’t regret the services provided by Mark or his legal team. Aura, his paralegal gave daily updates to keep me informed of the status of various topics correlating to my situation. Mark will work with you, stay by your side, answer questions, and represent you to the best of his ability. The law offices of Crawford followed through on their agreement to oversee things to the best of their ability.
Excellent firm to work with from the beginning to the end. Mark Sobel and Ms. Aura Gonzalez are top notch in my book. Knowledgeable and prompt service, they treated me as if I was the only client.
Zachary G Groves Esq. contacted me as the representative for a company that I was having an issue with regarding warranty denial, refusal to repair, refusal to sign a contract and other issues. I have been trying, on my own, since August 2023, to resolve this issue. On March 18, 2024 I received an email from Groves requesting that I set an appointment to have the work done. I responded by telling him that the situation was more complicated. A phone call was scheduled with Groves, however he cancelled 20 minutes prior to our call. When finally speaking with him I realized that he had not read any of my communications and never responded to my numerous attempts to share photos, texts, voicemails and/or emails. He prefaced our conversation saying "Don't laugh at me. I know nothing about gutters and stuff. I am just a lawyer". He didn't like what I was saying and was unwilling to hear the details of the situation. He became irate and refused to speak to me any more. We communicated via email after this for a short period, but Groves has not responded to any communication from me in weeks and his client will not respond to phone calls or emails. The actions of Groves have put me in a situation where I am completely unable to move forward. He is misrepresenting his client and causing further harm to my home and my property. His client and he, as well as the law office of James E Crawford, should be held responsible for all repairs, replacement and warranties that I am being denied.
