The firm was attentive and responsive to emails. However, prior to considering them for hire, I inform them of an open case in another state. They confirmed and ensured me they would be able to transfer the case to Texas without an issue. Taking their word, I provided them the retainer to begin the process. Unfortunately , the were unable to fulfill their promise and left me with a 5k loan. No progress in my case, out 5k, and unable to obtain another lawyer because of my credit loan. Happy to take the money without any progress in the case.

This law firm is one of the best ones by far. I’ve been in a custody battle/ separation and hired Jamie Graham as my lawyer. She is one of the best and has helped me through my whole case. She has listened to everything I wanted and gave me the best advice. Her paralegal Sarah is very fast on getting me answers to my questions. Sarah also keeps me up to date on my case. Sarah is not hard to get ahold of at all. The staff is very friendly and is very helpful as well. I’m extremely grateful on the decision I made hiring this law firm. The stories I’ve heard from my friends about their lawyer’s. I have not had one bad experience with this firm. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone that wants the best.

Jamie is the Momma bear you want in your corner. She cares about the people involved and wants whats best for them not just getting the win (which she also does). She and her staff went out of their way to make things work for my family and I and were very understanding on payments as well. This firm may not be the cheapest but they were well worth every penny.

I had such a bad experience with this firm. Jamie was so welcoming when i first went to the office to speak with her. Unfortunately, she assigned an attorney who was not helpful to me at all. She actually quit the firm before completing the work for me and on top of that didn't even have the decency to let me know so that I wouldn't be blindsided. Finally, because my story is just too long and involved, I never heard from them again after they informed me that the divorce decree had been signed. All I can say is Jamie you are a wonderful person it's just too bad your attorney's do not follow your example. Or better yet have your view of how a divorce for their client should go. After posting this, the owner, Ms. Jamie Graham contacted me and was more than willing to offer me a type of restitution for my troubles. As I stated before I do not want a monetary benefit from this, I just want to be heard. I appreciate Ms. Grahams willingness to FINALLY speak with me, but other than that, that's all it was.

We are extremely fortunate that we have been able to use Rob Biggers for all of our family law needs. He has always served us well. Rob is kind, very articulate and an extremely good listener. I highly recommend him.
