Billy Brewer and the Brewer Law Firm ably and successfully represented me and my wife in a chapter 13 bankruptcy, through which I was able to preserve my developing health insurance agency business, while paying off more than $20,000 of income taxes. We did have one disagreement with respect to the handling of income taxes that were incurred while I was in the bankruptcy. I mistakenly believed that the taxes had been added to my plan, and contend that Mr. Brewer and his staff was responsible for my mistaken belief. Mr. Brewer disagrees.
