I met with Conor Foley, attorney at the Gunter Law Firm, to review a legal document and discuss negotiation strategies. I am very glad I made the call to the Gunter firm. I provided some background info, and Conor was an excellent advisor. He clarified some of the legal language and advised me how it could impact me, really putting my mind at ease about the terms I was agreeing to. His advice was spot on, and led to a brief re-negotiation back with the other party, which he coached and I handled. This easy step led to some minor revisions, which resulted in a much more favorable final agreement. My advice: it is worth it to get the professional advice on a phone consultation.
