Went twice to Civil Filing Center Rm 296, for my legal name judgement search and then for my certified copies. Most of the other staff wasn’t sure how to help me, but twice Ms Charmaine ant the front desk immediately took over and handled it like a boss! She knew exactly what to do and took care of things professionally and with such courtesy and kindness. I can’t express my gratitude towards her! It’s already a process to take time off my busy work schedule and making my way all the way down, so I really appreciate having someone like her who just knows how to take care of things. Thank you Ms Charmaine! I hope you see this message and know I appreciate what you do!!

I like this bank. I have been with this specific bank or location about 4 years. I saw lots of negative comments about waiting etc. We are passing a rough period and we are waiting everywhere, sometimes we wait more than hours. Also, there are some negative comments about Yeva Vasylkiv. First of all she is the best at her job. She helps you to understand, if you don’t understand she goes by details. I have never seen her being rood the customers. She treats everyone equally. Doesn’t matter if you are a Russian speaker or not. I don’t what to say to those people that left negative comments....

My experience is very horrible. I been here back and forth for about 2012 and 2018. This place service is horrible. The lawyers refused to help you. The Manager gets smart with you. And you ask for the Manager to call you back and no call back. My past dentist injury my teeth and my past employer refused to pay me workmencompensation. This state make up its own rules. Where is serve and protect. This matter is heart ???? and innocent people need justice for all.

I was calling for somebody, she do not speak English, so I choose the Spanish Option for her, but guess what...... they just hang up . I do not understand why they give you that option, TERRIBLE
