Definitely the best law firm I have ever used. Lauren was so helpful and did an amazing job negotiating with the doctors on my medical bills. I am one of the pain in the butt customers that calls a lot and has a lot of questions and she was always able to get back with me and never came across as impatient. She was always very professional and had a great deal of empathy.

A 5-star attorney office. Lauren Kemler, Case Manager, was very attentive during the entire process of dealing with the auto insurance. Lauren would send messages (i preferred text messages) or call as she would receive updates, send via email all necessary forms, and answer any and all questions in a timely and professional manner. I started the whole process with a phone call, and she was on top of the situation and did not hesitate to answer all of my questions. At the end of the process, I did receive more than we had anticipated. I highly recommend Jenkins Law for any insurance claims and ask to speak with Lauren Kemler....you will not regret it.

Jim represented us in a homeowner's policy case against my insurer. He was excellent in managing my expectations and achieved a great negotiation result for us. He is very experienced and efficient. I highly recommend his services without reservation.

I was very scared and concerned about the claims process all of the medical bills, and pain I was in it. Lauren did a very great job from start to finish. She really put my mind at ease and got me an wonderful settlement. I am truly blessed she handled my case.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HIRE THESE INCOMPETENT MORONS. These people suck. If I could leave zero stars I would. I hired them based on the recommendation of a friend that was in their business chapter. He told me after my case was over that these clowns were too busy with their divorce to worry about my case and that’s partly why they did such a terrible job and he was so sorry for ever recommending them to me. I did not want to post this review while he was still in their business chapter to avoid issues but he’s out now. So screw you Jim, Kelly, and Lauren. I got in a bad car accident with my girlfriend and they promised us there was no way a jury wouldn’t award us a 6 figure settlement, wouldn’t get our insurance rates raised for making a claim, they were going to take care of us etc. We got screwed left and right. 10k payout for my 22k car, a grand total of like 14k between the two of us for lost wages and pain and suffering. I put myself into extreme debt during this time because they didn’t get the at fault drivers insurance to give us a rental and assured us the best option was to run up 1000s of dollars in Ubers to visit their idiot fake doctor Chiro friends 20 miles away in St Pete cause “they would give us a better deal with the settlement and they are good doctors” Natasha the Chiro was terrible and nothing they ever did helped. Stuck a cup on my back snapped my neck twice and stick me on a tens unit. My back and neck are permanently messed up Chiros are fake quack science. All of it was a circle jerk to help put money in their friends pockets. I could have gone to any fake quack chiro close to my house and got them to take the same settlement deal. My insurance rates are outrageous now even though I haven’t had an at fault accident in almost a decade. They are parasites on society. These sick greedy scumbags took nearly as much money as me and my girlfriend got and did nothing but screw us. Any other law firm could have and would have done better.
