The interview process is very unprofessional and a giant waste of time. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for work. This company is only interested in every negative event and failure you've had. The questions they ask have zero to do with your capabilities as an employee or how your skill set would align with the position you applied for. All they ask is 90 different reworded ways of how you failed at something.
Don't work here! This company will waste your time and their interviews consist of them wanting to know everything you've failed at.

Like some of the other reviews for the complaint I too experienced racism from Clark. I was trying to return a microwave that wasn’t functioning and they really wouldn’t listen at all. Extremely poor customer service on their end. The sell the cheapest equipment possible and if it doesn’t work then they won’t care. Talking to them over the phone felt like they were straight up discriminating against me. If you value customer service or ethics I recommend looking else-were.
