After a traumatic car crash that left me with permanent injuries and anxiety about driving, I called Jim Leach because he has a good reputation. Jim and his excellent staff took over my claim and they took care of every detail of the case, which I came to learn is complex and even involved almost going to trial. Through it all, they did not waver and were prepared to do whatever it took to achieve a fair outcome for me. In fact, they greatly exceeded my expectations in the end. In some ways, more important to me, was that they were always there for me. On a nice summer day, I rode my motorcycle to pick my daughter up from work near the Mall. Jim handle my case very professionally. He would check in to make sure I was doing good and to update me even bring me ice packs for my broken hip. It was nice know I had someone that had my best interest in there hands and was taking care of everything for me. I highly recommend Jim Leach!
