Joel Jackson was extremely helpful and professional. He is personable, and great at what he does. He helped me out with my case and was very reassuring and confident throughout the whole process. My car lost control due to poor weather conditions despite going much slower than speed limit, at speed of traffic, with new tires. My car went off the road, and I was given a charge of, ‘reckless driving’. In Virginia, any loss of control of vehicle is reckless driving. It is a criminal offense. After taking my case, the outcome Mr. Justice was able to provide was, ‘drive safe for 6 months, and the prosecutor will drop the charges. No payment of court fees’.
