I swear these reviews have to be fake! I did not want to give 1 star but, it made me. With the experience I've had with them over the past week was nothing but unprofessional! Christine was a no show and didnt have enough professionalism to pick up the phone and let us know she wasnt able to make the appointment. While we sat and waited. Unanswered phone calls only to reach Sandy and when I expressed my feelings about this she decided to hang up on me. If this is how you treat potential customers, I just saved myself a lot of headaches!

It was a pleasure working with John. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond. First and foremost, my file was a difficult file. I am/was a first-time home buyer and had been on the hunt for 2 years. John worked with me for about two years and was always cordial and patient! He worked around my work schedule to meet me at numerous properties. I honestly felt bad for all the time he had invested and felt a bit hopeless that I would never find the right property. John is the type of guy that doesn’t let you feel bad and keeps you encouraged. On year 2, I finally found the perfect property, but it was a short sale. If you do your research, this is a very unpleasant type of transaction for all parties involved. John went above and beyond to make this a smooth transaction. He was able to spot maintenance items which needed attention and helped me locate the right contractors for the job. He assisted me with obtaining concessions to assist with paying for the deferred maintenance items. From start to finish, I closed in about 40 or so days. This is very rare in a short sale transaction. Thanks to John, we were actually ready to close within 2-3 weeks however the sellers were overseas which created a delay on their side. John went above and beyond. He was able to guide me to making a fair offer as he had a good sense for the cost of the repairs needed. He helped me maximize my concession and put my OCD mentality at ease. John compromised numerous times to get this deal closed. A day or two after we closed he took me out for a quick bite to eat at a local place near my new home. John is a good resource for all the local eateries spanning over Hampton Roads. I insisted on picking up the bill. Unfortunately, my insistence was met with an abrupt but polite statement which went something like, “Thanks, but don’t tell me how to spend my money”. His character was selfless through the entire process. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the service John delivered. He has increased my expectations and I am grateful he was able to get me to the finish line. Another important factor was communication. John was great! I received updates via email, text message, and phone calls. Throughout the entire process he was extremely professional and very efficient. I could not have asked for a better realtor. I greatly appreciate all of the guidance and help. I still owe you lunch. Thank you John!
