John Elledge & Assoc PC

Saw Mr Elledge back in January. Paid $300 for consultation, was told he will take my case but will be out of town but available via zoom to get information to fill out a form. It is almost March, and yet to hear from him! I called a few times to be able to get my info in. receptionist very rude and empty promises that I will be contacted by him! Nothing yet! Excuse for a profesional!! Update! After 2 Months the lawyer finally decides to send an email seeing if I still am interested or not and to send $1000 for his service. He thinks people will just wait for his service for months.

If you value your freedom DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT book with these people. If I could give a negative star rating I would. The front desk receptionist is rude and inattentive. She would say she would give me follow up and never get back to me. I paid this lawyer and he never spoke to me directly about my case until the day of court. (Which he was late) he took a plea and had me do a day in jail for something that could’ve easily been dropped to a less sever driving infraction, (being that the judge was having a good day). He did not communicate, advocate or represent me AT ALL. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

If there were an option for zero stars, I would rate John Elledge appropriately. Most definitely the worst excuse for a lawyer I've ever experienced. Has poor communication skills, speaks ill of his clients in front of the judge, doesn't shiw up to court, and quits cases without any warning or notification. I will never recommend this law firm to anyone. And furthermore, the response from Mr. Elledge's office on my review is the first thing that his CLIENT (my fiance) or myself has heard from him in weeks. Ethical considerations? Your client gave you full permission to speak with me. I absolutely can comprehend, and do, exactly understand that your law firm is a joke, in my opinion. Does anyone else see the irony in the snarky reply from Mr. Elledge?! I must've struck a nerve with my truthful review. That's the business you're in sir-- poor work leads to poor reviews.

The lawyers there have been fair, efficient, kind, and honest with their clients. They reassure their clients that once you retain counsel from John Elledge and Assoc, they will do all the heavy lifting for you!

Mr. Joseph Harrington was a pleasure to work with he was also prompt with getting back in touch with me if I had any questions highly recommend.
