We had Joe prepare our wills and set up at trust. We had found him through Hyatt Legal Plans. Throughout the process we felt that Joe was very knowledgeable and answered our questions in a manner easy to understand. The whole process was able to be finished in two sessions. He had an easy-to-follow questionnaire which sped up the process. We truly felt that he was invested in our well-being and was very personable. We found the entire experience to be positive and came away with an organized estate planning binder.

I consulted with Joe, not knowing what my estate planning should look like and he took me through the process, step by step. One of my concerns was providing for my daughter, who is multiply disabled - I wanted to include her but didn't want her to lose the support that she gets from the State and Federal Government. Joe was sensitive to my concerns and we ended up with a Special Needs Trust as part of a larger trust and will. Joe is very responsive. I actually couldn't believe it when I called his phone number and he answered! That was just the beginning. He spent hours on the phone with me and in between we communicated via email. He was patient with my questions, even when I wasn't sure what they were! I am very grateful for his services, which I felt were reasonable.
