In the year 2020 I had a car accident that resulted in injury to my girlfriend and I. My car was also totaled. Typical case except for COVID being in the mix making it a little harder to visit doctors. My father recommended Johnnie and Associates after he had a pleasant experience with his car accident. My experience has been not so pleasant. Fast forward to 2023 and I receive my first settlement check, an extremely small amount for so much work and time it apparently took. My girlfriend is now my wife and we have a 1 year old daughter. The kicker is my wife is still waiting for her check as I was informed when I went to pick up mine…3 years later. I’ve texted. Called. And in the past 3 weeks I’ve received no updates. No answers. All I know is “we’re having a hard time reaching the doctors” which has been the excuse since 2021. Lol. I’ve offered to help get this case settled so we can receive our check but now I don’t even get any answers. This is my last resort. A bad review for a lawyer that is otherwise timely and respectful. Now, the firm has lost both in my eyes.
