Our whole experience with this company has been awful. We were told our purchase would take 8 days to arrive-- any communication regarding the status of the order was initiated by us. Fast forward to 4 months later when it arrived, and they install it in the wrong place. We notified them immediately during install and were only given excuses that it was our fault. We attempted to work with them to get it corrected, again having to initiate all contact, and now our calls and emails are going unanswered.

I can’t say enough positive things about Johnson-Lancaster. I have dealt with their representatives for over three years. From the beginning, I have been assisted by the most pleasant and knowledgeable representatives They have often held my hand for each step of whatever process I have requested from them. I have always found them to be helpful and respectful and all aspects. Thanks for being an awesome team.

Johnson-Lancaster was responsible for providing specs and equipment for our new office building cafeteria. Since the original purchase, customer service has been very poor and calls for warranty repairs have gone unanswered. Imagine having over $5,000 of food in a walk-in cooler at risk of going to waste because no one will return your call. Then you are forced to spend thousands out of pocket for repairs because they fail to respond and fail to live up to the warranty you purchased.

Awful from front desk through out whole process. Michigan customer and would not recommend
