Would not recommend at all. Highly suggest written communications rather than phone calls. If they threaten you with higher legal costs and slower turn around time because you want a record of the communications like they did with me, know that other lawyers are 100% OK with a complete record of communications without threatening you with increased costs and slower turnaround times. Update: They just tried to bill me approx 20 min for 55 word email that was asking what time a conference was. Apparently the worlds slowest lawyers work here so they can charge you over $160 for such a short and simple email reply and bill you for doing virtually nothing. Be cautious with their invoices and make sure they're actually accurately billing you for the "work" they're claiming they are doing.
Terrible experience with them. I do not recommend them. Jarred Kassenoff is not someone I would ever hire again him, nor anyone at his firm again. "Partner" or not, he was not good.
10K to draft and file a complaint? How absurd. Finding new lawyers that don't have multiple lawyers reviewing for hours on end just to jack up the bill. Don't know if they're doing this because they're hurting from COVID and want billables but this is highway robbery.

I worked with Matthew on a REO deal. He is an amazing attorney, although I represented the sellers side and Matthew represented the buyers side I respect the hard work he put into his clients side. Matthew is a breath of fresh air, he is hardworking, replies to all his emails, and was on top of everything. Matthew is a very knowledgeable attorney, he knows what he is doing and I look forward to our professional relationship.
