Mr. Dingus didn’t help us at all with my son’s case. We provided all the necessary documentation to get my son released. Mr. Dingus failed to get the papers from Georgia Probation and Refuge of Hope Rehab. He talked my son into taking a plea deal. My son had been off probation for a year then they come back and said you violated probation. When we called Mr. Dingus he said send me 3 thousand and I will get him out. No such thing, I requested half of our money back but oh course he didn’t reply. I’m reporting him to the Florida Bar. He is incompetent as he has health issues and shouldn’t be practicing law.
Mr. Dingus is a wonderful lawyer! He is very thorough and honest. He has and continues to advise me through a very complicated divorce. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS LEGAL ASSISTANT MS. BETTY! If you are looking for a lawyer, this is the one!
This is a man who truly knows and believes in the law. He is an amazing attorney. He takes his cases to heart and works diligently . I had lost faith in the judicial system! Johnathan Dingus was Terrible. He is very forgetful. And he doesn’t do what he promises. I honestly tried to give him a fair chance and failed me. He refused to give my 6000$ back.
