Jones Law Office

She never read/responded to emails and did not fight for my case. I had to badger her over and over again to get any kind of response. She didn’t win anything outside of what the opposing lawyer granted us already and does NOT listen to her clients. Will be going back to court in the future and definitely will not be using Angela. She made the past year an absolute nightmare and would change the assigned court date without my permission.

The original attorney's office I called stated she was out of the office and would call me. I waited an entire month for the phone call and called the original attorney's office to find out if someone was going to call me. The receptionist was extremely rude and stated she would check into it and "she" would call me (referring to the attorney). I did receive a call back from Tiffany an hour or so later at which time I was informed Angela no longer works for the 1st attorney's office. She now has her own practice and unfortunately, she was out of town but would call me the following Monday. The 1st attorney's office never told me they were passing me off to a different attorneys office. Who the heck does this!!! Now to put this in to perspective I waited 1 month for the 1st attorney's office to return my call, 2nd attorney's office, Tiffany stated I would receive a call in a few days. It is now August 4th and NO ONE has called me. I have called the office number multiple times but no one has answered and no machine is available to leave a message. Unfortunately, I live out of state and am trying to find an attorney to handle my mother's estate. I can assure you I will not utilize this offices services. If I could have given no stars I would have but it is not an option.

Angela and tiffany took great care of me during the custody battle with my ex. She was really professional but also always asked about how my life was going. She did everything in her power to get me everything i needed and trust me i did not make that easy for her. I was unaware of how things worked and my confusion hendered my case alot. We ended up settling out of court but i have no doubt that if it had been taken to court she would have won it for us.
