So I called here desperately looking for help after a medical consult where the Dr. advised me to seek legal council in order for anyone to be willing to help me after the damages done by the previous medical professional. These are damages that have resulted in permanent damage and use of my mouth. This law firm responded weeks later with an email that, as I understand it, basically said your case will not make us enough money, please seek help elsewhere, and hurry because there's a statute of limitations on these cases and you will forever loose the ability to sue if you pass this, without even bothering to tell what that time limit is. I am devastated and scared. I didn't even know this was a thing, that you could simply be refused and not be able to get legal help as I've never done this before. Now surgeons will not help fix me because they don't want the liability after the last persons mess and lawyers won't help either. So I'm permanently disfigured, lost functionality in my face and am stuck like this, and the person who did will get away way with it and continue to practice, and the surgeons refusing to help can keep causing refusing to help treat patients, all without consequence.

I appreciate Martin and Jones for considering my case as an overseas military member. They didn't take the case, which is fine, but communicating with this firm has been completely one way. I did my consultation by phone Feb 9th because the online form didn't work. I was told I should hear back via email either the 10th(Friday) or the 13th (Monday). If I hadn't heard back by then, I should call. I called the 14th and was told the paperwork was still being reviewed, and I should hear from them later in the day or on the 15th. On the 15th, I called and was told they couldn't take the case, and I would still get an email. Not that I need an email saying, "Sorry, we can't take your case" but I still haven't received that email I'm supposed to be waiting for.
