Joseph Indelicato Jr PC

I hired Mr. Indelicato to help settle my divorce case. He is best friends with Steve Bruman, my wife's attorney. Upon signing his agreement, it read that $5000 would be a charge out of the retainer. I sent $25,000. After about two months, nothing was really getting done. So my bill was like $12,000 in legal fees. When I got my balance of the retainer, Mr. Indelicato took $5000 out for himself. I asked about it and the agreement clearly states that. I thought, in my experience with agreements, normally a client would need to spend at least $5000 of the retainer. NO, NOT THIS GUY... HE JUST TOOK THE $5000 BECAUSE HE COULD. I DON'T AGREE WITH HIS BUSINESS PRACTICE. You be the judge?

This man showed such compassion with our case which was complex and emotional. He was extremely organized and professional in all dealings and his first priority was the child at hand. I can not say enough good things about this man except thank you from the bottom of my heart. He’s a hero in my eyes and a voice for children.

I recommend Mr. Indelicato. Attention to details in my case that will pay off long term. I was impressed by the forward thinking and knowledge of family code, connections, and no fear approach that most attorneys just don't have in court. This attorney knows what he's doing and it was obvious as other attorneys came to the hearings to shadow and learn from him. Another attorney told me in court that I hired the best in the industry with him, which is always reassuring.

Great experience with this attorney, even when I personally didn't retain him. I was a witness for his client and he prepped me for the two week trial. I have lots of experience with attorneys and they can be blood sucking and heartless. This guy was legit and helped my friend tremendously. I've recommended him to a few others because of the job he did and how he treated me and my friend before and during trial.
