Mr.Cardinal has been my attorney for the past 16 years and is a very excellent attorney he puts the clients needs before anything else will return your calls in a timely manner love the way he handles business matters.

Never return phone calls and when I called Joseph his assistant will tell me his not there , then I call 2 min later and Mr Joseph will answer ....never finish my case lie after lie ....never seen my kids never did anything but ask for more money each time....I asked for all my evidence back time after time but he refused to give me back my property/ evidence, simply the worst.

Intelligent, to the point, direct approach to my legal issues. Highly recommend Mr. Cardinal's services!
