Good luck on getting any response without calling and emailing numerous/countless times. They are very quick to answer the phone for new clients that have not yet paid their fee. Yes, they did ahchieve in getting me a payment plan in place. However, I still had to contact the IRS personally to complete the task the Key Group said was done, in combining 2 years into one payment. Nothing like getting a taxes due notice with interest and penalties eight months after you filed and paid had a premium price to a tax firm. I personally called the IRS and added 2020 to my payment plan, again because no one from Key Tax would return any of my messages. Very frustrating company to try to communicate with. After you pay the Key Tax Group be ready to be kept in the dark until they are good and ready to contact you. Due to very, very, very poor communication I cannot recommend this company to anyone to use.

My experience with Key Tax Group was outstanding! They were able to get me a solution in a reasonable time. They also was able to get my issue resolved with 2020 taxes and just waiting on my refund. I highly recommend.
