I was harassed for years to complete my 3M settlement paperwork for them. I had stopped at the point they were asking for my social. I told them I no longer wanted to proceed and multiple times I told them to quit contacting me and to remove me from their lists. Against my better judgement I finally answered one of their calls after 2 years of them bugging me, and gave the lady the rest of the information they needed and signed the documents. I have yet to hear a single word from them in 5 months now and I have no way of checking on my settlement. At what point do we contact our attorneys to hold them accountable?

I am dealing with the same issue as the other one-star reviews. After several years of providing documentation, they are delaying the 3M settlement. Now that they have the money, collecting interest in their account they are not doing the right thing by us. There is also poor communication, and it is impossible to talk to someone. I hope every person who is dealing with issues leaves a review. The same way they recruited us to participate in the lawsuit by the hundreds, the same way we should voice our feedback on what they are doing.

I've been dealing with this law firm for almost 5 years now and have only been able to get in contact with someone three times. No one ever returns my emails or calls. All I keep receiving from them is that they are missing the same items that I've submitted numerous times. I was told at the beginning that the payout would be over 100k now I'm at 5k, after proving that I have tinittis and it's rated on my VA records.

This has been an absolute joke. Was told after several years on April 23rd that 10 business days after I would be receiving a settlement ledger to look over and sign for my 3m settlement. After 15 business days I reached out and a man named Robert emailed me back saying that they had no timetable on when I’d be receiving my settlement. Starting to look like they are scamming people out of their money like normal shady law firms do.

They do NOT return phone calls. They neglected to have the case manager call me after they stated “we will have a case manager call you”. I left several voicemails. I give up. Unprofessional and unsat!! Army 19K OIF
