In my 32 years of working in the healthcare and insurance industries, I have worked with many attorneys, some great, some not so great. Katherine is one of the great ones, she knows the industry and she does not waste time! She is is ethical beyond reproach in her dealing with all parties to a matter and is fair and pragmatic. Where I have seen attorneys that will bill you for their learning curves it is not so for Katherine: she is knowledgeable and one of the best, saving me and other clients lots of money. Katherine will not lead you down the garden path telling you what you want to hear, she is truthful and honest to a fault. Katherine's lawyering gets and keeps clients because they know she will do what is right!

The service was lack luster. She Looks for the easy way out which is not always in the best interest of the client. She is also very concerned about getting paid before invoices are due. I would not recommend her.

I found Kay to take the easy way out. Not a fighter, maybe time to retire. She was all about getting paid.
