Very corrupt, they represent BDM Property Management LLC. Google this company, they are crooks who have had numerous news segments exposing them.

Our south Florida condo association has worked with Katzman Chandler for more than a decade. As a prior board officer and director, I can say that I have the utmost respect for their expert legal opinions and research, and their high ethical standards. Over the years they have given valuable legal work and guidance on many matters including electronic voting, contract matters, dispute resolution, emotional support animals, delinquencies, foreclosures, declaration of condominium drafting, amendments, and compliance; rules and regulations. Katzman Chandler attorneys are always prepared for whatever cases we have asked them to handle and we found them to be extremely capable and timely in their responses to even the most difficult of matters. I highly recommend Katzman Chandler. They are knowledgeable on all aspects of community association law, and are a pleasure to work with.

In my opinion... if your association has this law firm, your board of directors or administration ARE CORRUPTED; they are stealing, receiving kickbacks, and defrauding the association. These lawyers will teach the board how to get away with violating your rights, bylaws and Florida Laws. They are negligent crooked lawyers who only care about is taking $$$$ from the unit owners tru the association. They will bankrupt the association and leave you paying the bill while taking your unit... avoid them but if you already have them, get rid of them as soon as you can. Let everyone you know and ask them to help spread the word. That is the only and last defense we owners have against these unlawful attorney firms and their malicious practices. I am a victim of this firm and a dictator association president who Katzman help keep in power while they mutually & illegally enriched from the assoc. Then he orchistrated a settlement for the preplacement president to sign, waiving any liability against the expresident(dictator) and his lawfirm for all the previous wrong they did to our association.

Does nothing for the disaffected residents at Crestview Towers other than collecting attorney fees. Sandbagging every effort from the prior and new association to get residents back into the building.
