Great lawyer as long as you don't want him to call you like he's scheduled to, want to try for months to get ahold of him without being able to, set up a time to talk to him and it never happens. It would be awesome to get some communication sometime. **Update 2 months after my original review** He STILL has not filed the modification that he was supposed to file MONTHS ago. Not only has it been months of him doing nothing, he told my boyfriend that he would be filing it the first week in July and it's now the last week in July and nothing. No one can get him on the phone so my boyfriend has to mail him a letter from prison. It should not be this difficult to have some kind of communication with a paid attorney. If anyone has recommended Keffer as an attorney, go find someone else.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! After paying $5000+ upfront for expungement 2 1/2 years later my NAME was SPELLED WRONG on the petition and still tried to convince me it was OK.Stained for the rest of my life! Negligent morons that did nothing to fix the problem.I pray no one ever uses this firm AFTER passing me around to several attorneys they still SPELLED MY NAME WRONG ON THE PETITION! Tom will act like your best friend while continuing to NEGLECT.please god use another firm !!
