I am a current employee at Kelley Kronenberg and love it! I started about 4 months ago and was super impressed with the onboarding process and how friendly the staff was from day one. I work in the billing department and have to say that they are amazing group of people who really know their stuff. Not only are they knowlegable, but they have a team that has been together for over a decade. They have been very patient with me during my training and always take the time to give me words of affirmation on doing a job well done. I highly recommend Kelley Kronenberg if you are in need of a wonderful company to work for. The truly treat you like family.

Management and HR truly care about their employees here. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is always super nice and beyond helpful in anything you may need. HR checks in on you periodically throughout your initial 90 days to ensure you are doing well in your new position and that you have all the tools to succeed. We are constantly made to feel appreciated and valued, and it is nice to know that our hard work does not go unnoticed. There are also tons of perks that the firm has such as giveaways, snacks (lots of snacks), wellness competitions and so on. The benefits package is great too! Super happy to call KK my (work) home :)
