I had an awful experience working with this group. Previous to paying a retainer I was told the cost of working with them would only take a few hours of their time, essentially a few hundred dollars they explained. After weeks and weeks of no results, and a few thousand dollars later, I barely was given what I asked for. I needed help removing my tenants who were not paying rent and only wanted a simple letter outlining the legal requirements my tenants had to the lease they signed. Money was continuously drained from the account due to calls made to the group to ask when I would receive any letters or action. I was conned and would urge anyone to stay away from them if they don’t want their bank account drained for no results.

The free consultation is a sham. I needed to know if a law/code existed for my particular issue. I didn't need legal counsel. I was offered an answer for the low cost of $300 for 30 minutes. $300 to be given a law/code name and number???
