I wont go into all the specifics regarding my case due to sensitive information. However, this may have been the worst person I've encountered within the last five years regarding handling business. A retainer was required prior to hiring her for services that will be used. I already had a portfolio of material evidence in addition a back up digital version on a USB drive. Ms. Douglas was inexperienced due to the fact I will ask detail questions that require a response. Thus. after a 72 hour window, the questions still remained unanswered at times contacting her through e-mail or online portal since conversing on the phone is billed as "consulting sessions." On my court date, my legal representation was late to being present in court which was very disappointing in addition to unprofessional. Paperwork for file which was vital to my case was submitted and filed to the wrong county instead of the county in which my son's mother resides. The response she provided the judge before his ruling was poor execution and she didn't perform to the best ability that she previously mentioned which she assured me a few months earlier. Overall, the game plan I had worked so hard to devise and implement merely crumbled to pieces in my hand figuratively speaking. I had means to fir her and no longer use her services, but she quit by sending paperwork to Newton County Superior court which stated that she has withdrawn as my attorney. I later reported her to the State Bar of Georgia to file a complaint and request a full refund.

My experience with Attorney Douglas office was awesome. She was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and experienced. She stayed on top of the court and kept me in the loop throughout my entire case. In the end, I was victorious thanks to her. I would recommend her to anyone!

Mrs. Douglas helped me get my son. My baby mama was making things real hard and would only let me see my son when she needed a baby sitter. She would also demand outrageous amounts of money for herself. Mrs. Douglas told me that I would have to keep dealing with this until I put her on paper. She was right and now I have my custody rand when she wanna act crazy I just pull out my paperwork!!!!

Thank you Mrs. Douglas for all your help. She was very honest with me about my case (at times too honest)! She helped me put myself in the best position to get everything I wanted. I am so glad that my case is done. Not sure what I would have done without Mrs. Douglas.

I would never go with this layer again!!!!! Not only we lost our case she also never refund remaining balance from deposit what I've made!!! It was over $1300.-!!!! Be aware of this woman!!!
