Khan Law Firm

The one star is only for the last month, and due to Christina. She’s the ONLY person to communicate, and show she cared. Whatever I asked for, she provided immediately. She’s super friendly and is very great at her job. This law firm is horrible! If I ever had to do another claim, I would never go back to them. My son and little cousin was hit by a car in 2023. It’s 2025 and the case is just now closing. The only communication we ever got was due to us calling. I probably received 3 calls from them the entire time. Their communication is nonexistent. When the case was first opened, they collected all the information needed. Then there was at least 5 months of no communication. I contacted them and was told our lawyer and we no longer either the firm. That’s something you would tell your clients right? Then another few months go by with no communication. I contacted them again, and guess what… we have a different lawyer again. This lawyers haven’t even started on the case. At the beginning of 2025 I was told the case was finally coming to an end. This is when Jondria comes in. Jondria is the worse person I have ever dealt with in my life. I asked for documentation on my case, she said there’s no documentation. How when this is a law firm? Her answer to everything was she don’t know. She told me there was no way to talk to my lawyer. The only way to speak to them was to leave a voicemail. She also blocked my cousin from calling the law firm. Due to my cousin speaking her mind and calling them out, she blocked her. No one should be blocked from contacting their lawyer!! My cousin moved and was not able to contact them to update her address. Also, during this whole thing I talked to a lawyer once!!! I was not satisfied with the outcome of the case, but I was so tired of dealing with this law firm that I just agreed. No one should ever have to just settle because they’re tired of a law firm.

Working with Khan Injury Law on my personal injury claim was an incredibly frustrating experience. For nearly two years, communication was almost nonexistent, and progress on my case was completely stagnant. Jennifer Puckett, the Senior Paralegal assigned to my case, never followed up with me—not once. I had to reach out to her every single time, and each interaction felt like pulling teeth. Whenever I contacted her, I was met with vague excuses and told that “nothing was happening” with my case. It became clear that they were either completely incompetent or outright dishonest about what was going on. After nearly two years of wasted time and constant frustration, I finally transferred my case to another law firm. The difference was immediate—the new firm acted quickly, communicated clearly, and resolved my case efficiently. If you value your time, peace of mind, and the outcome of your case, avoid Khan Injury Law. They failed me at every step, and Jennifer Puckett’s lack of initiative and professionalism made an already difficult experience even worse.

I'd like to thank Khan Law firm for handling my case they did an excellent job I was especially impressed with Jennifer Puckett she knows what she's doing. Would I recommend Khan law firm to anyone else ,absolutely!!

On 11/23/2024 I was in a terrible accident and I called Khans Law Firm. Amanda and Mohammed Was very helpful with my case. They answered any and all my questions and concerns that I had in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone who need a lawyer give them a call.
