This office is horrible, I am a permanent and total 100 percent rated disabled veteran. My social security claim should’ve been a easy process but Rebecca Henderson and Stacy was more concerned about reminding me how old I am rather than presenting the severity of my disability to Texas social security disability offices. I was patient for a year and when it came time for a hearing with the judge Rebecca called me telling me she didn’t think I had a case and refused to take it to the judge leaving me in limbo since. I check the social security site a year later and it still shows my claim is still in hearing phase. I’ve attempted to contact them several times and received zero emails or phone calls from her office. I have often suspected they may be prejudice in nature however if proven should be reported to the state bar association. My mother has been a client for a year and a half and I’m concerned she is getting the run-a-round as well. Do not hire these people, you will only be wasting your time and your pain and suffering will not be acknowledged one bit. They do not care about their clients, if I was capable of having them investigated and disbarred I would!!!

I get that Mrs. Martin has clients that can actually pay cash for her service. The shame is that if you are trying to get help with a social security issue and she has to wait for the money, wait she will. However I have been waiting for over a year now and about to lose everything I have. Good for her cash paying clients.

I saw about average. No real issues

so long story short I have used Kimberly martin several times. They are always awsome at getting things done. They will tell you how it is but they also will treat you like family. So I have none stop sent people to her because she is that great.

This was the most unprofessional office that I have ever dealt with. They did not do any work on my husband's disability claim. After my husband released her and hired another attorney, they had the nerve to submit a bill to Social Security. We contested the fee and are in the process of reporting to the State Bar of Texas. The only reason that I gave her 1 star was because it was required before I could post.
