Receptionist was beyond rude. Wanted to screen me out prior to scheduling an appointment with an attorney I asked if one was available now. The person I spoke with "Paola" said to me after I discuss my case that they do not do wrongful termination even though it clearly says they do on this website that they only do wage and hourly, and hung up on me. I called back and asked Paola the receptionist why she hung up on me and why did she tell me to tell her about my case when I clearly asked if we can even do you do wrongful termination she answered yes but then when I discuss my case "Paola" says they only do hourly and wage, then hung up on me. I called back and "Paola" said that I was being argumentative and screaming at her. "Paola" completely gaslighted me as I never raised my voice once nor was I screaming and never scream. I recorded the conversation as evidence "Paola" not telling the truth I asked Paola, am I not allowed to ask a question when you misrepresented yourself and the company? I clearly said I'm looking for a wrongful termination attorney at that point you should have told me that you do not do wrongful termination cases even though your website says you do. I would not trust a liar or ever have anything affiliated with this firm.
