Will not return my calls. I paid them a retainer on behalf of another person. Wanted to speak with the attorney on the case and they would not return my calls even after telling the receptionist it was important that I speak with them. If they cannot discuss the case with me, fine (even though I know I was authorized at one point to receive information). Not returning phone calls is unacceptable. Either "unavailable" or "in a meeting". Very unhappy with this firm.

I didn't receive the service i paid for. I paid over 20 thousand dollars for my divorce and Mr. Knellinger sent a newbie to mediation with me. I received NO alimony or compensation for years of marriage, housewife, co-business owner etc. MR. Knellinger is all about the man NOT helping women! He made me feel like i was worthless throughout the process. He had me doing a lot of busy work for lies and BS!!GRRRR!

Your firm is the only one ever that I have seen charge the client for calls to the client. You are a very poor representation of an law office especially since you were told at the beginning that your contact would be with the wife and you have removed some of the charges but not all of them for speaking to your own clients. You have done absolutely nothing but copy information onto an already filled out document that any human being can do themselves and spent less than 3 minutes at a courthouse. Did many things we asked you not to do and wasted our time and yours but want to say you used $4500 and charging for more time. I would say to anyone interested here to beware what they are getting themselves into.

I like to give credit where credit is due. This is no exception for Richard M. Knellinger, P.A. law office. This law office has handled all of my business legal issues so far. I first contacted Richard M. Knellinger, P.A. to set up my DM Creative Studios, LLC and I have been using this law firm ever since. They attorneys there always ANSWER my calls and concerns promptly and courteously. I also find the staff to be friendly, professional, and quite attentive to my concerns, especially Matt who works as a legal secretary for Mr. Knellinger. Mr. Knellinger has been practicing law since 1974 and demonstrated a very thorough knowledge of business law. Legal jargon can be confusing and incomprehensible for many, so I truly appreciate when Mr. Knellinger and his staff really take the time to explain it in layman’s terms. I recommend Richard M. Knellinger, P.A. law office to anyone who needs a business attorney.

I have had superb service from this office. Mr Knellinger is a fine gentleman and extremely knowledgable. A sound and secure place for help. Thank you for all your work.
