Kolb, Clare & Arnold

I spoke with Mr. Kolb today. He was both attentive and knowledgable about concerns I had regarding my medical case. Not only did he spend an hour of his time the day before Thanksgiving to talk through the questions and the many documents I have, he also listened without judgement, calmed my nerves, and he gave me next steps to resolve my case. He offered further support, and asked nothing in return. I felt supported and helped. I hope I never have to call a lawyer, but if I do, he's definitely in my speed dial. (Since he wouldn't let me pay him for the advice, I hope you all will see this and know how amazing he was! Fantastic service. Thanks again, Mr. Kolb!)

It would be nice if these guys would answer my calls....definitely doesn't seem so legitimate if you're not answering your phones during normal business hours.
