I never imagined getting divorced, let alone having my wife divorce me behind my back…I honestly had no knowledge of what was going on. I will skip to the short of it, my now ex-wife was looking to take my home, my children as well as an absorbent amount of money monthly for child & spousal support. This destruction of my family was heart torn & financially vexing; she was seeking sole custody. I trusted her!!! Taylor Smith is an amazing attorney, extremely knowledgeable in these matters and has a giving heart. She has been assisting me from out of state, and has worked with my attorney in Missouri. She takes a lot of pride in her work!
To be fair, Koons Fuller did NOT represent me in my divorce. They represented my X. They were the OPC. I believe they did a reasonably good job representing my X. My X was great at stalling, but I had others in the legal community of North Texas confirm that this firm has a history of stalling as well. If you find that this firm is your OPC, just be prepared to ride it out. The stalling game is great for wearing people out... stay strong, push ahead. If they're representing a weak case and all they can do is stall, it will end...eventually. It will extract precious years from your life... but it will end when you get a lawyer who knows how to cut through all the nonsense and delays. If you find yourself pitted against their ability to stall and delay and your case is going nowhere... you need to find a new lawyer who is capable of holding their clients to court agreements.
Neda Garrett provided legal counsel during a very high conflict, messy custody battle. She is honest, professional, organized, respectful, and handles herself with class. I highly recommend Neda and her team. Exceptional!
How could you be charging junior dollar per hour when you fail to communicate within reasonable amount .
