Excellent law firm. I can sleep easy with this firm in my corner
I received the most unprofessional service I have ever received in my life. I will NEVER use this firm for anything, again. Not only did the attorney handling my case, not correspond with me in a regular manner involving my case but when he did it do in the most egregious manner possible and I have the emails to prove it. After nearly six months of little to no communication, he got mad because I started asking him questions about the status of my case and waited nearly two weeks after our conversation and decided to contact me via phone on the day of my doctors appointment and tell me the firm was dropping my case, to then wait nearly two weeks to surrender me anything in writing, only after I again had to reach out to him. For nearly six months, I had to be my own attorney despite, having one on retainer. If an attorney by the name of Floyd gets your claim, request another attorney. He is the most unprofessional attorney I have ever seen.
Very professional treatment. After the car accident, I only had to call them once, visit them once, and the rest was taking care of my health. They kept me updated with everything going on and also they offered very good advice of what to do and not to do. It has been a very transparent process and very communicative. If I need another legal representation, I know where I need to go. Highly recommended!

Terrible receptionist, I asked to speak with their marketing person or a person in charge regarding a business inquiry. The receptionist proceeded to hangup the phone saying "we're not interested." Definitely not doing business with them for sure! As a respectable law firm as you claim to be, you should live up to your standards with every person you encounter. This is unacceptable.
