We had heard good things and were excited for our consultation even when we got there we had high hopes as we were greeted warmly by the staff and the lawyer. Once we talked to the lawyer everything changed we were talked down to as though we were stupid and 'less than'. This may explain why the only other review is from the female lawyer's family member.
