I am writing this review to share my experience with this firm with a community appeal hired by my HOA. Unfortunately, they failed to properly handle my appeal, resulting in significant delays and frustration. Here's what happened: The city made a clear mistake on my appeal but they did not catch it, despite claiming to have reviewed it. This resulted in paying thousands of dollars extra. When I pointed out the error, they admitted to seeing it but offered no explanation for not addressing it. Correcting the mistake became a tedious process. When I tried to have them correct the issue they requested the same forms, causing unnecessary delays. After multiple inquiries about the status, my emails were inexplicably blocked, preventing further communication. This lack of inefficiency ultimately led to our HOA discontinuing their services.

they stole over 500$ from me to “pay” for a fake court case! absolutely disgusting terrible 0/5 star shady business. they take months to answer a call then threaten you to pay them fees they dont deserve such bad people. They do more damage then good to the community and to our already taxed out over stressed housing situation in cook county. Absolutely disgusting KSN

Horrible, unresponsive, corrupt, irresponsible law firm, if you can actually call them that! They will milk you for every cent and prolong every process in the courtroom. They NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED for shady practices and proceedings. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You are better off representing yourself!

Terrible follow up for a law firm. They are representing our HOA and show limited interest in our closing process, other than collecting fees. The firm lacks sense of urgency, engagement ( does not participate in monthly board conference calls) and displays no ability to close a deal.

This group fully takes advantage of individuals. They utilize delay tactics to increase their billing and are completely ineffective. They are unorganized, unresponsive, show up to court unprepared, delay matters for no apparent reason outside their own short comings and lack compassion. They’re tactics are ethically questionable. Nobody should utilize their services.
