Paula Dillon is a extremely rude individual both personally and professionally. She is also borderline unethical who does not always have the best interest of the client at heart. Alan Krumholz is way past his prime, hard of hearing, forgetful, etc. He is a very elderly and respectable individual but completely ineffective as an attorney. Stay away from this firm at all cost!

Very professional and informative

Dillon was an absolute nightmare to talk to. Hung up feeling disrespected and further victimized. After attempting to explain all the crucial information needed for me to make steps towards fixing my situation prior to calling an attorney was offset by the employers lack of willingness to provide said information, she had already decided to hang up in my ear. Truly disgraceful to say the least. Try someone else who has an ear to listen and understand before calling her. Your case may prove to be handled with this same disinterest and disrespect.

Paula Dillon is a hell of a lawyer. She fight for her clients and she is honest, kind, and straight forward.
