During the entire waiting period, he regularly organizes video conferences, answers all questions, explains everything very clearly, encourages people and makes fun jokes. With these videos I even improved my English because Charles has amazing diction and pronunciation and I can recognize every word he says. I also watched and listened to the court hearings and his speech exceeded all my expectations. I can't even imagine who could defend my interests in court better than him! This is the best lawyer in the universe!

Please do yourself a favor and choose another immigration lawyer. I believe that the people writing favorable reviews are friends of the owner and not actual clients. As a new customer you would be treated well in the beginning. But soon you will realize that they are a money sucking machine. I wanted to work with Charles Kuck the owner but he has no time. I had to work with a Senior Partner. He came as a nice person but totally incompetent. He literally uses “google” to find any information. Their competency is sending bills and asking for money in every stage. The owner Charles is never around and would never return phone calls. Good marketing tactics but not at all helpful. I will be asking for refunds and I am sure they will have a different tone now.
