Unfortunately Mr Welsh was very unhelpful. Every outcome he was so “hopeful” for, come out completely opposite. I understand no outcome is guaranteed, his were, however, completely empty promises that didn’t even abide by the law. He seemed to not know things I would have assumed he should. As a matter of a fact, I was handling the case myself before hiring him and ended up doing much better defending myself than Mr. Welsh did. He never remembered any details about my case or who I was or what was going on. Every time I said things along the lines of “hey; can’t we try this approach to said problem?” he would get wide eyed and say “why yes that’s an excellent idea” like he didn’t think of it before. Who’s the professional here? He was only concerned about money; he charged rediculous amounts of money for EACH email, text, etc. He is also very rude and unprofessional in some of his emails about receiving payment. He never checked in on our well-being without charging us for it or talking about payment for his services. I do not recommend hiring this attorney. He cares only about the money and nothing about who he’s helping or what happens to them. Find someone who cares about YOU!
