We used Mr. Kuhn to set up our wills and trusts. The office was pleasant to deal with and Mr. Kuhn was more than happy to assist us with our modest estate planning. We look forward to furthering our relationship with them as our estate grows and new challenges arise.nnWe highly recommend them and don't think that your estate is "too small" to be bothered with. They surely don't see it that way.

Mr. Monson was very friendly and helpful. Made an appointment to amend our will and the process was easy. This is my second time here and will be a life long client.

Mr. Kuhns practices are shady to say the least. I signed an agreement for my grandmother's will stating what amounts my children and mine inheritance would be. I read the paperwork carefully and got a copy when I turned it in. I also asked his paralegal whom would get the inheritance checks and both the paralegal and the paperwork stated I would receive them with the recommendation of opening UTMA's for my children. nnWeeks later I was told by Mr. Kuhns that I had to open UTMA's before he would release the checks. Then when I brought the discrepancies to his attention he told me I was required to open the accounts. Thankful I was able to get their checks and the bank allowed me to cash them.

Mr Kuhn is a good lawyer

The best experience I have had with a law office. They managed the sale of my home in Illinois after I moved out of state and they made the whole experience a breeze. If i had any legal matters that required me to use someone back in IL i would use them again.
